Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a powerful communication framework that fosters empathy, understanding, and peaceful resolution of conflicts. In this workshop NVC will be introduced as a practical tool to navigate the challenges of everyday life, social interactions, intercultural encounters, and bureaucratic processes. The wish is that participants will learn to express themselves clearly and authentically, while empathically listening to themselves and others’ perspectives. Through interactive exercises and real-life examples, the workshop aims to enhance their communication skills, promote a sense of belonging and agency, and support their integration process, empowering them to build positive relationships and navigate diverse social environments with greater ease and understanding.
